How do I track my package?

Each time your package progresses through our logistics chain, we'll send you an email update. From the moment your package arrives at our Miami warehouse to the point it's delivered directly to you in Jamaica, you'll be kept fully informed. Additionally, we offer real-time tracking via WhatsApp. This service starts once your package is processed at our local warehouse and continues as it is en route to you with our local delivery team. This ensures you always know exactly where your package is and when to expect its arrival.

Customs and Package Clearance

On what days do you clear packages at Customs?

We clear packages at Customs four times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, and twice on Fridays—to align with our shipping schedule. We strive to offer same-day clearance for all packages shipped to Jamaica, assuming there are no unexpected delays at Customs. This efficient schedule helps ensure that your items reach you as quickly as possible.

What documents do I need to provide to clear my package?

Invoice: A detailed invoice is required for customs clearance. It should describe the contents of the package, its value, and include both the sender's and recipient's information. This can be a screenshot of your order confirmation, showing the full description of the item you purchased, along with the total price. This documentation helps customs officials assess the appropriate duties and ensures that your package is processed quickly and accurately.
Identification: A valid government-issued ID, such as a passport or national ID card, to verify your identity as the recipient.
Import Permit or License (if applicable): For certain regulated items, you may need specific permits or licenses to legally import them into the country.

How do I collect my package?

We deliver exclusively, free of cost. After your package is processed at the June local warehouse, our customer service team will contact you by email, phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your availability and delivery preference. We deliver packages Monday - Saturday between 9AM and 4PM.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver packages to Kingston and Portmore, Monday - Saturday between 9AM and 4PM. After your package is processed at the June local warehouse, our customer service team will contact you by email, phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your availability and delivery preference.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery options?

Yes, we offer both same-day and next-day delivery options. Once your package is processed at the June local warehouse, our customer service team will reach out to you via email, phone call, or WhatsApp to confirm your availability for delivery.

What happens if I’m not available for a delivery?

If you are not available for delivery, the June team will reschedule to a time and location that’s convenient for you.

Payment and billing

How do I pay for my packages?

We offer a variety of payment options including cash, card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Cash and card payments can be made upon delivery. For bank transfers and PayPal payments, please ensure these are completed at least 24-48 hours in advance of delivery to allow for verification. We are unable to release a package until these verifications are done by our accounting team. Details for bank transfers and PayPal payments are available upon request and will be provided via email.

How do I know the cost for my package?

Once your package is processed at our June local warehouse, an invoice (.pdf) detailing all associated fees will be sent to your email. You can also view the cost of your package on your June dashboard. Each invoice will include freight costs, processing fee, insurance and custom fees, if applicable.

What are the differences between freight fees, processing fees, insurance fees and customs fees?

Freight Fees: These are charges for transporting your package from Miami to Jamaica. Freight fees vary based on the mode of transportation (air or sea) and weight of the package.

Processing Fees: This covers the cost of services provided by June to handle your package. This includes tasks such as sorting, packaging, and managing logistics at the shipping facilities.
Insurance Fees: This covers your package against loss or damage during transit.

Customs Fees: These are charges imposed by the Jamaica Customs Agency customs authorities at port of entry for processing the entry of goods. Customs fees can include duties, taxes, and other tariffs based on the item's value, type, and the laws of Jamaica.
